Virtual Phone Card

With Tel3Advantage there is no physical card to lose or get stolen. You simply purchase minutes conveniently online and then make calls by dialing an access number (click here for dialing instructions). As you make calls, the cost is deducted from your account balance. Time, minutes, charge amount, origination number, and destination number of each call made is available through your online account.

Automatic Recharge

To insure that you will never run-out of minutes and be cut off during a call, your account will automatically recharge itself to the initial sign up amount when the balance drops down to $3.00. You can set the recharge amount or turn off the automatic recharge feature anytime through your online account. You can also manually recharge your account online or over the phone whenever you please.

PIN Free Dialing

You can register up to 10 phone numbers from which you expect to make frequent calls from (home, cell phone, office, child’s dorm-room, etc). Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to dial an access number and the number you wish to call—no PIN is necessary. However, a PIN will be supplied to you so that if you are making calls from a non-registered phone number, such as when traveling, you can still receive Tel3Advantage's great low rates.

It only takes a few minutes to sign up and begin making calls. The Tel3Advantage virtual phone card is a prepaid service where you open an account by initially purchasing $25, $50, or $100 worth of talk time with your credit card. This initial purchase is NOT an activation fee but is actual long distance credit that you will use to make your calls. There are no contracts or obligations and you can cancel your service at any time without any fees. Add 2.2¢ per minute to local access rate for calls from Hawaii and add 7.5¢ per minute for calls from Alaska.

Add 4¢ per minute to local access rate if using our toll free access number to place calls from Canada.

When you sign up for $25, $50 or $100 of talk time, you will receive $4.99, $6.99 or $8.99 respectively added to your account for FREE. That's up to 7 free hours of calling within the USA or Canada at the local access rate of 1.9¢ per minute. The actual amount of free talk time you will receive depends on your sign up denomination, the rate per minute to the countries you call, and the access number you dial— see below for details.

Note: The estimated talk time shown above assumes that you use a local access number and that you use all of your account to call one location, but you can call as many different locations as you want, as many different times as you want, all with the same service. In other words, you are NOT locked in to calling just one country.

1. Dial a local access number or dial toll free 1-800-999-5090

2. If you are calling from a registered phone, no PIN is required. Otherwise, enter your account number and 4 digit PIN at the voice prompt.

3. Dial the number you wish to call.

For calls to U.S. or Canada: Dial 1 + area code + phone number

For international calls: Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number

Every time you place a call, the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call.

Calling Tips:

• To place another call without hanging up: Dial ##

• To redial a number without hanging up: Dial *#

• If your call does not go through the first time, do not hang up. Dial ## to disconnect the previous call, and dial *# to redial the same number using a different carrier.

• PIN Free Dialing

• Your Phone’s Speed Dial
  For maximum speed and convenience, you can program one of our access numbers into one of your speed dial locations on your phone and push it every time you need to make a long distance call. Now you have the convenience of regular one plus dialing with all the savings of a calling card.
